Most people have had the desire to lose weight and tried a "weight loss program". You do your best, you stay disciplined and you lose some weight; only to gain it right back again, and sometimes even more than you lost. Many people have done this many times and yet, every year, more and more people try another diet plan thinking this time will be different.Have you ever heard the definition of Insanity:"Doing the same thing over and over, but expecting a different result"What you have to understand is that the "diet" itself was not the problem. If you always feel happy and healthy, you'll be happy and healthy. The same holds true for Everything. Therefore, if you are always in the state of, and focusing on, wanting to lose weight, then you will keep doing the things that will keep you in a state of wanting to lose weight.What you need to do is change what you are focusing on.- Instead of focusing on "wanting to lose weight", focus on being healthy and attaining your healthy weight.- Instead of focusing on what you shouldn' t eat and drink (pizza, ice cream, chips, big meals, soda etc.), focus on what you should eat and drink (vegetables, fruits, fish, moderate sized meals, water etc.).2. Stop using will power to force yourself to change.Will power is trying to use your conscious mind to change your habits, and you end of struggling with yourself to stick to you diet.THIS WON'T WORK !!!!Will power will work temporarily at best. You will not be able to create long term success and results by forcing yourself to do anything. Instead, you need to use your subconscious mind to change the Inner YOU in order to change your outer world results. In other words, you have to change the beliefs you have about food and the motivations and emotions that are tied to your eating habits to create lasting, healthy change for yourself.Hypnosis is the process of bypassing the conscious mind and working with your subconscious mind to create the change you truly desire and deserve.Now don't get freaked out by the word hypnosis. Unfortunately, hypnosis has been misconceived over the years.
